When it comes to supplying crew, we have an exemplary record which we have built up over more than 30 years in the industry. Supplying highly competent and dedicated ship crew to vessels including (but not limited to) bulk carriers, containers, cruise liners, LPG carriers, tankers and offshore FPSO. As a crew manning agency, we provide personalised crew management, crew training and development, crew account services, and crew administration services.
Our Operations team in the UK handle all European crew requirements. As well as supplying high calibre crew from the UK, we are also able to supply ratings and officers from Croatia, Poland and the Ukraine. By carefully choosing our partner agencies, we ensure that the standard of crew remains high and meets the requirements of our shipping clients. We are also able to take advantage of local knowledge and in doing so, ensure that all regulations are adhered to and valid documentation supplied.
Filipino seafarers are the most sought after seafarers in the global shipping industry. This is why we have a POEA accredited manning agency in Manila. Our highly experienced Operations team take care of all of the crewing requirements associated with supplying Filipino crew to a whole host of vessels. This includes making their travel arrangements as well as securing Visas and other mandatory documentation as needed.
From our UK operation, we manage a cadet programme of some 50 British cadets. These are all either engine or officer cadets and remain under our sponsorship for their full three years of training. They attend some of the best maritime colleges in the UK and are educated and trained to a very high standard.
